A special course where you can enjoy 2.5 hours of all-you-can-drink carefully selected sake from all 47 prefectures of Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
.You can compare and contrast a variety of unique local sakes from different regions, ranging from dry to rich and full-bodied.The meal consists of eight dishes featuring seasonal seafood, including a platter of fresh sashimi, as well as grilled and fried dishes, all served individually on a plate for each person.Enjoy a blissful moment with sake in a tranquil, private room.
Appetizer: Colorful salad of seasonal vegetables
Appetizer: Shonan-style boiled whitebait, served in a snow-viewing style.
Sashimi: Assorted fresh fish from Utsunomiya Central Wholesale Market
Grilled dishes: Sendai beef tongue delivered directly from our sister store.
Fried dish: Chef's special young chicken in Yurin sauce (may be changed to golden fried fresh fish from Shonan with homemade tartar sauce, depending on the morning catch)
Small side dish: Deep-fried eggplant simmered in a savory sauce (may be replaced with chilled tofu from Daizu no Yakata depending on availability)
Specialty dish: Beef tendons simmered slowly
Meal: Mini bowl of bluefin tuna and green onion rice bowl
For groups of 10 or more, draft beer will be served in pitchers.
We will be using a glass exchange system, and last orders will be limited to the maximum number of people in your party.
One pitcher holds enough for 7 servings.
