We offer a luxurious 8-course meal, featuring a balanced selection of seasonal sashimi, seafood, meat dishes, and seasonal vegetables, served individually to each guest.Enjoy exquisite dishes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients, such as grilled and fried foods, in the tranquil atmosphere of our private rooms.This special course is recommended for business entertaining, dinners, and banquets.

Appetizer: Colorful salad of seasonal vegetables

Appetizer: Boiled whitebait served in a snow-viewing style.

Sashimi: Assorted fresh fish from Utsunomiya Central Wholesale Market

Grilled dishes: Authentic Sendai beef tongue grilled directly from our sister store.

Fried dishes: Chef's special fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce (may be changed to golden fried fresh fish from Shonan with homemade tartar sauce, depending on the morning catch)

Small side dish: Deep-fried eggplant simmered in a savory sauce (may be replaced with chilled tofu from Daizu no Yakata depending on availability)

Specialty dish: Beef tendons simmered slowly

Meal: Mini bowl of bluefin tuna and green onion rice bowl

For groups of 10 or more, draft beer will be served in pitchers.

We will be using a glass exchange system, and last orders will be limited to the maximum number of people in your party.

One pitcher holds enough for 7 servings.
